October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.
If you’re a loss parent, this month can be rough.
I’d like to gently remind you of six things.
Being in grief and feeling joy are not mutually exclusive.
You have the right to snooze or unfollow any account that hurts.
If you’ve gotten a rainbow, that doesn’t negate the pain of the storm.
You owe no one your story.
Your grief deserves time, space, and honor, no matter how old it is.
You are not alone.
